How to Proceed

To request an exchange or return, simply send an email to info@nadesdesign.it specifying:

the reason for your request

your order details and purchaser information

You will receive a reply from our team within 2 business days, with all the necessary instructions.

Please Note:
We kindly ask you to check the condition of the product and, if necessary, include detailed photos.

Right of Withdrawal

If, once you’ve received the product, you decide to return it due to a change of mind or because it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to notify us.

The product must be:

Intact

Unused

Kept in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must arrive at our facility undamaged and complete.

Damaged or Defective Product

If the product shows damage or defects upon delivery, please contact us at info@nadesdesign.it.

To proceed with a return or replacement, we will need:

📷 Detailed photos of the damage or defect
📦 The product must not have been used

You will receive a response from our team within 2 business days, with all further steps.
