We offer three delivery options to suit the different needs of our clients: dedicated transport, express courier, and direct pickup at our atelier in Castelnuovo Val di Cecina.
Dedicated Transport
The most convenient and customizable option. We deliver directly to the client on a mutually agreed date. We apply fixed rates based on the total weight of the order and the destination city.
Express Courier
In this case, the client will be informed of the pickup date and estimated delivery time. The Nades team tracks each shipment until it is delivered. Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for checking the integrity of the package. If the package appears damaged, we recommend signing with reservation, taking photos, and sending them to us if the contents are also damaged.
Atelier Pickup
Clients can personally collect their items from our atelier in Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, after booking a pickup date with our logistics team. This option is free of charge, and Nades will assist during loading. However, transport responsibility lies with the customer.
Please note: for all delivery methods, Nades does not perform upstairs deliveries and does not use lifts or hoists. These services must be arranged independently by the customer or through third-party providers.
